各市县统计局、省农垦总局统计局、洋浦经济发展局,省政府各部门及有关单位:为适应不断发展的社会主义市场经济新形势,适应加入 WTO 的要求,切实解决统计指标不规范、概念不准确、标准不统一、重复调查、数出多门等影响正常统计调查秩序的问题,建立良好的统计调查管理秩序,有效利用政府统计资源,切实减轻基层负担,动员统计系统内外各方面的力量,对统计制度方法进行积极的改革和探索,提高统计工作质量和水平,根据《中华人民共和国统计法》和国家统计局《部门统计调查项目管理暂行办法》的有关规定,我局决定对全省统计调查项目进行一次全面清理和整改。现将《统计调查项目清理和整改工作方案》印发给你们,望认真执行。
