近些年来的中国当代艺术界,青年艺术家陆扬以其表达母题、创作方式的新颖独特以及作品的系统性引起了不少人的关注。有人曾将她2009、2010年的作品计划归纳为两大类,一类是与科学、生物关系密切的,如“寻求科学团队合作”、“新世纪产品”、“来自生物的节律”、“意念力”;一类则属于文化研究,如“家庭DIY”、“Gay系列”、“性变态犯罪DIY”。这两类作品又不是截然分开的,它们之间相互联系甚至交叉,由此观者可以清晰地看到作者思考的整个脉络。
In recent years, the Chinese contemporary art community and young artist Lu Yang have aroused the concern of many people with their motif of expression, the novelty of their creative ways, and the systematicness of their works. Someone once summarized her works plan of 2009 and 2010 into two categories, one is closely related to science and biology, such as “seeking scientific teamwork”, “new century product”, “ The rhythm ”,“ mental ”; one belongs to the cultural studies, such as “ home DIY ”, “ Gay series ”, “ sexual perverted crime DIY ”. These two kinds of works are not completely separated, they are interlinked or even interwoven, so that the viewer can clearly see the whole context of the author’s thinking.
