我是 1992年7 月走出大 学校园, 分配到唐 山发电总厂宣传部的。面对商海和股市,既然选择了思想政治工作这个岗位,我就下决心安之乐之,脚踏实地地走自己的路。 我在大学是学思想政治教育专业的,毕业后分到对口的工作,心中自然也满怀壮志。去年5月,按总厂三项制度改革中的有关规定,所有没经过基层锻炼的大学生都到生产一线去。我从宣传部转岗到了车间班组。说实在的,我当时真难以接受这突如其来的转岗。我刚步入社会,渴望自我价值
