介绍了美军联合防区外空地导弹(JASSM)项目的发展历程,重点关注其研制过程中遭遇的试验失败、费用超支等可靠性危机,以及美军为解决危机采取的质量成本控制措施,分析了该项目的成本增长因素,最后得出对导弹武器系统质量成本控制的启示。
This paper introduces the development course of JASSM project of the United States Joint Defense Zone, focusing on the reliability crisis such as test failure and cost overruns suffered during its development and the quality cost control measures taken by the U.S. military to solve the crisis. The project is analyzed Cost growth factors, and finally draw lessons for missile weapon system quality cost control.
