边境地区处于我国的边陲地方,主要是藏族等少数民族,这些少数民族由于居住地和历史文化等多种原因,发展处于缓慢状态,政府对边境地区给予了高度关注,在教育、文化、经济等方面都给予了支持,但边境地区的思想品德教育还是存在着不足和较为落后的状态,需要积极想出一些策略来解决问题,来提高边境地区学生的思想品德素质与政治心理素质,最后充分实现学校的德育功能。
