大家每天都会在座位上坐多久呢?随着办公桌一族逐渐增多,不少人一天有一半的时间都坐着度过,这其中,有不少人会想着“平常运动不足,周末加强运动就好了”。然而研究发现,减少坐着的时间比增加运动更具有增寿效果,“反正都有加强运动工作过程中久坐也没关系”的想法非常危险。那么,对于久坐的办公族来说,养成哪些好习惯才能有助延长寿命呢?
