目的:探讨土壤营养元素与栀子苷含量的相关关系。方法:运用HPLC法测定52个产区的栀子苷含量,根据土壤元素相关测定方法分别测出52个产区的11种土壤营养元素含量,将两者测定结果进行相关分析、回归分析,再经通径分析得出营养元素对栀子苷含量的直接作用、间接作用和综合作用。结果:相关分析得出各营养元素之间普遍存在极显著或显著关系;逐步回归分析筛选出有统计意义的3种营养元素,分别是有效铜、有效锰、有效锌;通径分析得出3种营养元素影响栀子苷含量的综合作用值排列顺序依次是有效铜>有效锌>有效锰,其中有效锌产生负相关作用。结论:土壤营养元素与栀子苷含量有一定相关性,经分析所得结果为指导栀子的规范化种植以及提高栀子的品质提供相关参考理论,但栀子生长过程和品质是多种因素互相作用的结果,对其他影响因素的全面分析仍有待于进一步研究。
Objective: To explore the correlation between soil nutrient elements and geniposide content. Methods: The content of geniposide in 52 producing areas was determined by HPLC. The contents of 11 nutrients in 52 soil-producing areas were determined according to the soil element-related determination methods. The correlation analysis and regression analysis of the results were carried out. Through the path analysis, the direct effect, indirect effect and comprehensive effect of nutrient elements on geniposide content were obtained. Results: Correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant or significant relationship among various nutrient elements. By stepwise regression analysis, three statistically significant nutrient elements were screened, namely available copper, available manganese and available zinc respectively. Path analysis showed that 3 The order of the comprehensive effect values of nutrient elements affecting geniposide content is in order of available copper> available zinc> available manganese, and the effective zinc has a negative correlation. Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between soil nutrient elements and geniposide content. The analysis results provide guidance for the standardization of Gardenia jasminoides and improve the quality of Gardenia, but the growth process and quality of Gardenia are interplayed by many factors Of the results, a comprehensive analysis of other influential factors remains to be further studied.
