我厂有一台九辊平板机,要平整大量的卷板。卷板一般宽1.5m、板厚8mm以下;钢板卷筒直径1~1.4m。平整前,先要拆卷,亦即将钢板卷筒的头卡出、拉长、砸平后,方能送入平板机上下两排压辊之间,然后平板机才开始工作。我们设计制造了一台液压传动钢板卷筒拆卷送进机。经几年使用,效果良好,它具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,造价只有同类产品的四分之一,结构见图。上图为结构图,下图为原理图,简介如下。操作程序先将心轴8穿于钢板卷筒的孔中,然后将卷筒放在两平行轴Ⅰ及Ⅱ上,同时,卷筒心轴两端的轴承座放入支架2的开口槽内。液压系统开始工作,先使两油缸1的活塞杆同时缩回,以带动摆杆13、滚轮架心
