SA508—3钢大型锻件是制造核电站压力客器关键材料,大截面锻件(厚度最大为~700mm)在厚度不同位置上的淬火冷却速度是不同的,因而组织和性能也有较大变化。本文对不同淬火冷却速度热处理后的组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:该钢性能对淬火冷却速度较敏感,特别是大型锻件,由于厚度大造成冷却速度降低,则使钢的性能也有所降低。
SA508-3 steel large forgings is the key material for manufacturing pressure vessels in nuclear power plants. The quenching cooling rate of large cross-section forgings (up to ~ 700mm in thickness) is different at different thicknesses, so the structure and properties also vary greatly. In this paper, different quench cooling rate after heat treatment of the microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the properties of this steel are more sensitive to the cooling rate of quenching, especially for large forgings. Due to the decrease of the cooling rate due to the large thickness, the properties of the steel are also reduced.
