自改革开放以来,我国市场得到了快速发展,进而让机关事业单位的人力资源在管理方面存在着许多制约,使当前的管理体制不在适应当前的发展状态,最终使得企业人才的流失比较严重。但随着我国计算机以及网络信息技术不断的发展,事业单位中的人力资源管理信息的建设得到了人们的重视。为此,本文通过对机关事业单位的人力资源信息管理建设进行讨论研究。
