大庆采油七厂党委紧密围绕经济工作中遇到的问题,坚持按照“积极疏导、配套服务、共闯难关”的指导思想,积极开展思想政治工作,切实化解了矛盾,促进了经济发展。为保证经济工作畅通无阻,采油七厂党委本着“职工思想在哪里出现问题,思想政治工作就到哪里去发挥作用;行政命令在哪里受阻。党组织就到哪里去工作;生产经营在哪里遇到困难,共产党员就到哪里去冲锋陷阵”的指导思想,始终把思想政治工作做到了经济工作的全过程之中。 1987年以来,该厂推行了劳动、人事、分配制度等12项改革,使部分职工的既得利益受到些损失,影响了他们的工作情绪。为理顺这部分职工的思想,厂党委充分利用厂
