矿区开发强度的合理性与多种因素有关,现从原煤成本角度,做一探讨。 一、影响原煤成本的主要因素 图1是河北省各项技术经济指标历年的变化情况。显见,只有原煤电耗和原煤成本变化情况基本相似。原煤电耗高,则原煤成本升;原煤电耗低,则原煤成本降。而其他指标没有此种情况。 表1是河北省各统配局1979年的原煤成本构成。值得注意的是:各局电费虽只占原煤成本的8～15％,但是正如图1所示,原煤成本却随原煤电耗起伏。这是否为偶然现象,需要进一步验证。
