在线旅游是旅游产业在信息化时代发展的产物,近年来发展迅速,而且将进一步发展壮大。在这样的背景下,中小旅行企业要如何突围,加快在线旅游的发展,实现转型升级。笔者通过下企业服务,亲身体验了中小企业的生存现状,通过调研,分析并经过实践,认为中小旅行企业存在着规模小,单体盈利能力差;低价促销,服务水平弱;产品单一,竞争力小;单枪匹马,整合力度小等四方面的问题。提出了创新旅游产品、注重精准营销、借助外力,提高知名度等方面的发展思路与对策措施。“,”Online tourism is the product of the develop-ment of tourism industry in the information age, in re-cent years, it has developed rapidly, and it will be fur-ther developed and expanded. Under such a background, how to break through the small and medium-sized travel enter-prises, accelerate the development of online travel, to achieve the transformation and upgrading. The through the enterprise service, personal experience of the survival status of small and medium-sized enterprises, through the investigation, analysis and through practice that small scale, single body poor profitability; low sales promo-tion, service level of the weak; a single product, com-petitive; single gun horse horse, efforts to integrate small four problems exist in small and medium-sized trav-el enterprises. Innovative tourism products, focus on precision marketing, with the help of external forces to improve the visibility and other aspects of the develop-ment of ideas and countermeasures.
