一幕幕惨不忍睹的事故现场,一声声悲痛欲绝的呼唤,无不让人沉痛深思。近年来,随着社会的进步、经济的发展,道路交通越来越发达。快捷的交通使生活更加方便和自由的同时,也带来了令人触目惊心的交通事故。在我国,道路交通安全形势不容乐观,交通事故已成为造成非正常死亡人数最多的安全生产事故之一。近日,国务院发布的《关于加强道路交通安全工作的意见》(以下简称为《意见》),无疑为道路安全抹上了一层温暖的亮色。
