[目的]了解乡镇防保机构工作制度规范情况。[方法]通过问卷调查对2360名专职防保人员、兼职防保人员或其他卫生人员工作中的依据、操作规范、技术手册、获取专业知识的途径以及工作完成情况的自我评价等方面做出描述和比较。[结果]乡镇防保人员工作缺少制度保证,工作欠规范。[结论]防保工作有自己的特殊性,要加强制度建设,规范工作规程。
[Objective] To understand the standardization of working system of township prevention agencies. [Methods] The questionnaires were used to describe the basis, operation rules, technical manuals, ways to obtain professional knowledge and self-evaluation of the completion of work of 2360 full-time protection workers, part-time protection workers or other health workers And compare. [Results] The work of township prevention and protection workers lacks institutional guarantee and the work is under-regulated. [Conclusion] The prevention work has its own particularity, and it is necessary to strengthen the system construction and standardize the work procedure.
