缓解我国中小企业“融资难”的困境需要有效激发信用担保产品创新。通过文献研究、政策判读与实地调研资料分析,确定促进我国信用担保机构中小企业信用担保产品创新的动因为:政策支持、风险规避与利润驱动。运用Logit回归模型,判断这三种信用担保产品创新动因模式出现的相对概率,实证检验表明,价值的最大化是信用担保企业对信用担保产品创新的根本动因,为了获取更大的企业价值,就要同时从利润驱动、风险规避和政策指引三个方面综合考虑来对信用担保产品创新。
To ease the dilemma of SME “financing difficulty ” need to effectively stimulate credit guarantee product innovation. Through literature review, policy interpretation and field research data analysis, the motivation for promoting SME credit guarantee product innovation in China’s credit guarantee institutions is determined as follows: policy support, risk aversion and profit-driven. The Logit regression model is used to judge the relative probabilities of these three models of credit guarantee products innovation. Empirical tests show that the maximization of value is the fundamental motivation for credit guarantee enterprises to innovate in credit guarantee products. In order to obtain greater corporate value, At the same time from the profit-driven, risk aversion and policy guidance from three aspects to consider credit guarantee product innovation.
