近年来,我们调查了几种蔬菜病毒病,并作了初步鉴定,现报告如下。 (一)大蒜黄条斑病大蒜黄条斑病在上海郊县发生较普遍。患病植株生长纤弱,叶片上可看到有退绿黄色条斑,蒜头较小,品质下降。该病长期以来曾被认为是生理性病害。我们取崇明、上海、嘉定等县患黄条斑病大蒜叶片,用浸出法制样,在电镜下可见病株中存在一种线状病毒质粒,长度为1200~1400毫微米,最短的600毫微米左右,最长可达3300毫微米以上(图1),而大蒜健株中不存在这种线状病毒。因此,大蒜黄条斑病可能并非生理性病害,而是由大蒜黄条斑病毒所致。

Therefore, the garlic yellow leaf spot may not be a physiological disease, but caused by the garlic yellow streak virus.
