目前认为应用甲状腺摄碘~(131)率的測定来診断甲状腺机能状况,是一种比較灵敏和精确的方法,但甲状腺摄碘~(131)率的增高,并非表示全系甲状腺机能亢进,尤其在临床上某些无甲状腺机能亢进或有其他疾病的患者,有时也可出现很高的摄碘~(131)率,其摄碘~(131)曲綫与甲状腺机能亢进患者相似。因之,对摄碘~(131)率增高的患者究系甲状腺机能亢进抑系其他因素所引起,往往难以肯定。Greer和Starr曾报告应用于甲状腺或甲状腺素的抑制試驗作为鑑別。我们自1963年6月起对甲状腺摄碘~(131)
