电话已成为广大群众日常生活中离不开的一种通信方式,它也格外受到群众的关注。但从目前重庆市的情况看,公话也面临着日益增长的社会通信需求与通信能力不足,管理服务水平不高的矛盾。公用电话发展中存在的问题一、公用电话不公用,公话代办产不“代办”。用户反映在一些公用电话点不能拨叫200、800号业务,要么是根本不让打,要么是一律按长途计费,妨碍了电信新业务的发展,也影响了电信部门的信誉。二、公话亭收费透明度差,服务不规范,多收费、乱收费现象引起用户的不满。主要表现形式:一是计费器规格、品种繁多,使用的单机型计费器,技术含量低,设计先天不足,计费时间和资费标准的数据一般是由生产厂家或代办户自行设置,有时发生通话计时超前或延后的弊病,容易造成计费不准确。
