为了摸索和寻求一个既经济又简便的制备磷铁粉的方法,试验确定对磷铁粉的质量要求,以便满足对中、高强度含磷铁基粉末冶金结构材料制品研究及试制生产的需要,对磷铁粉的制备工艺和性能进行了大量试验研究工作。 通过雾化和机械研磨等工艺进行摸索和试验,确定了采用机械干磨法来制备磷铁粉获得了良好的效果。与湿磨工艺相比,干磨法工序可由九道减少为六道,生产周期缩短一半,成本降低50%以上。同时对磷铁粉的成分、粒度及含氧量等质量指标进行了研究,得出粒度为—120目和—200目两种磁铁粉,只要对含磷量加以适当控制,可分别满足中、高强度含磷铁基材料的性能要求。
