椎一基底动脉供血不足所致的眩晕常因头部急剧转动和上肢反复运动时诱发,我们应用益气活血中药煎剂配合碳酸氢钠注射液静脉注射治疗缺血性眩晕26例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料 26例均为住院患者,其中男18例,女8例。年龄49岁至76岁之间,全部病例均有较严重的眩晕症状,不能睁眼视物或视物浮动感,不能起床,并不同程度上伴头部不能转动、恶心呕吐,一侧肢体麻木等症。6例颈椎片诊断为“颈椎病”,12例经颅多谱勒检
