断裂板簧焊接试验研究鞍钢有重型汽车3000余辆。一年有6000余组板簧报废,价值约280万元。为使断裂板簧再生,研究了焊接修复工艺。因弹簧钢板簧的可焊性不良,所以采用了焊前退火处理工艺。并通过选用焊条、制定合理焊接工艺以及焊后淬火加高温短时回火,获得了理想的组织。其焊接接头的强度、屈强比、硬度、疲劳试验等达到了同类新板簧的技术指标。按上述工艺修复的板簧进行装车试验,连续运行26000公里,经解体检验。没有发现裂纹和永久性变形,达到了同类新板簧的使用寿命。
