本文介绍了从磷灰石公司生产榍石精矿获得钙钛矿含量不超过0.9%的榍石精矿的分选流程。流程包括有榍石精矿的磁选和非磁性产品筛分成0.25(0.3)~0.1、0.1~0.06和0.06mm粒级。0.25~0.1和0.1~0.06mm粒级分别经鼓式电晕电选机分选,0.1~0.06mm粒级粗选的4个中矿进行精选。-0.06mm粒级与0.25~0.1和0.1~0.06mm粒级电选导电产品合并。
This paper describes the separation process of the pyroxene concentrate obtained from apatite concentrate produced by apatite company with perovskite content not exceeding 0.9%. The process consists of sieving the magnetic and nonmagnetic products of boulder concentrate into fractions of 0.25 (0.3) to 0.1, 0.1 to 0.06 and 0.06 mm. 0.25 ~ 0.1 and 0.1 ~ 0.06mm particle size respectively by drum corona sorting machine sorting, 0.1 ~ 0.06mm particle size coarse selection of 4 mine selection. -0.06mm grain size and 0.25 ~ 0.1 and 0.1 ~ 0.06mm size electret conductive products combined.
