目的评价中学生预防艾滋病健康教育干预活动效果,为教育部门开展学生预防艾滋病工作提供参考。方法对梅州市梅江区中学生进行艾滋病预防方面教育,在干预前后随机抽取所辖的完全中学各2所学生进行问卷调查。结果学生的艾滋病基本知识知晓率从干预前的66.4%提高到干预后96.0%,除“与HIV感染者共用剃须刀”干预前后(分别为83.0%与85.4%)差异无统计学意义外,其他各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预前后对艾滋病相关态度也有明显改变,除“是否愿意与HIV感染者学习工作”外差异均有统计学意义。结论通过开展形式多样的预防艾滋病健康教育活动教育效果明显,但仍需重点的有针对性让学生了解哪些行为不会感染艾滋病。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health education intervention for AIDS prevention among middle school students and provide reference for students in AIDS prevention work in education sector. Methods The middle school students in Meijiang District of Meizhou City were educated on HIV / AIDS prevention and control. Two students from each secondary school under their jurisdiction were randomly selected before and after the intervention to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The awareness rate of students’ basic knowledge of AIDS increased from 66.4% before intervention to 96.0% after intervention, except that there was no significant difference between before and after intervention (83.0% and 85.4% respectively) Other differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Before and after the intervention of AIDS-related attitudes also changed significantly, except for “is willing to work with HIV-infected persons ” differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The education effect of AIDS prevention and health education through various forms of AIDS prevention education is obvious. However, it still needs to be targeted and targeted so that students can understand which behaviors do not affect AIDS.
