目的:探讨微波辐射后大鼠血睾屏障紧密连接闭锁蛋白(occludin)及连接黏附分子-1(JAM-1)表达的改变及意义。方法:80只雄性Wistar大鼠经平均功率密度为0、10、30、100mW/cm2微波辐射5min,于辐射后6h,1、3、7、14d,采用Western印迹和图像分析技术检测闭锁蛋白和JAM-1蛋白表达的动态变化。结果:10、30和100mW/cm2微波辐射后分别在3~7d、6h~7d和6h~14d闭锁蛋白表达明显下调(P<0.05),而JAM-1蛋白分别于辐射后3~7d、1~7d和1~14d表达亦明显下调(P<0.05)。结论:闭锁蛋白及JAM-1蛋白表达减少可能在微波辐射致血睾屏障损伤中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the changes and significance of occludin and adhesion molecule-1 (JAM-1) on the blood testis barrier in rats after microwave irradiation. Methods: Eighty male Wistar rats were irradiated with microwave at an average power density of 0, 10, 30 and 100 mW / cm2 for 5 min. Western blotting and image analysis were used to detect the occludin and Dynamic Changes of JAM-1 Protein Expression. Results: The protein expressions of at least 3 and 7 d, 6 h to 7 d and 6 h to 14 d after 10, 30 and 100 mW / cm2 microwave irradiation were significantly down-regulated (P <0.05) ~ 7d and 1 ~ 14d expression was also significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion: The decrease of occludin and JAM-1 protein expression may play an important role in the damage of blood testis barrier caused by microwave radiation.
