1研究的背景和意义大庆油田井下作业分公司在水平井大规模压裂组织管理过程中,积累了大量的科学的组织管理经验,建立了高效的联动管理体系和运行机制,同时,在生产组织过程中仍然存在一些问题为此,大庆油田井下作业分公司通过技术创新,管理优化等途径,在外围难采储量经济有效开发领域探索出了大规模工厂化压裂施工这一有效方式,经过几年努力取得了显著成果。
