应用B超可以探查妊娠囊的大小及宫腔内容物是否正常。据此可以确定孕龄及药流适应证。宫内妊娠囊直径＜2．43cm及孕龄＜49d为药流适应证。B超在药物终止早孕的临床监护中，对提高完全流产率，减少并发症具有重要意义。
Application of ultrasound can detect the size of gestational sac and uterine cavity content is normal. This can be determined gestational age and medical indications. Intrauterine gestational sac diameter <2.43cm and gestational age <49d for the flow indication. B-in clinical termination of early pregnancy drug monitoring, to improve the rate of complete abortion and reduce complications of great significance.
