通过实验研究了在均匀周期布拉格光纤光栅制作过程中,不同曝光条件对光纤光栅反射特性和透射特性的影响。研究结果表明,光纤光栅的反射率与曝光脉冲能流密度和曝光时间成非线性关系,同时曝光条件不同会导致短波损耗峰值变化、中心波长偏移以及光栅带宽变化。
The influence of different exposure conditions on the reflection and transmission properties of FBG was experimentally studied in the fabrication of Bragg fiber grating with uniform period. The results show that the reflectivity of FBG is nonlinear with the exposure pulse energy density and exposure time, and the different exposure conditions lead to the change of peak loss, center wavelength shift and grating bandwidth.
