本文对四种类型的充气器(陶瓷、不锈钢、橡皮和滤布),测定了浮选柱柱面积与充气器表面积之比Rs对气泡大小的影响。在泡沫流动条件下,要产生均等的气泡,Rs必须小于1。本研究得到的数学模型为db=C_1〔Rs·Vg〕~0.25,其中C_1取决于该溶液的化学性质。
In this paper, four types of aerators (ceramic, stainless steel, eraser and filter cloth) were used to determine the influence of the ratio of the column area of the flotation column to the surface area of the aerator on the bubble size. Rs must be less than 1 to produce equal bubbles under foam flow conditions. The mathematical model obtained in this study is db = C_1 [Rs · Vg] ~ 0.25, where C_1 depends on the chemical nature of the solution.
