目的探讨综合治疗同期肺癌脑转移的效果。方法对38例同期肺癌脑转移患者全脑放射治疗,颅内压及颅神经症状减轻后同时对肺原发灶进行放射治疗并结合其他方法治疗。结果全组放射治疗后颅内压增高症状及颅神经症状缓解率为94.7%,1、2年生存率为36.8%和13.2%,中位生存期为8个月(4~48个月),其中多发转移组1、2年生存率为29.4%和5.8%,而单发转移组生存率为52.4%和18.2%,两组的中位生存期分别为5.5个月和10个月,两组间差异有显著意义(χ2=10.76,P<0.01)。结论对于同期肺癌脑转移患者,合理、积极的治疗仍能延长患者的生存期,提高生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of brain metastases of lung cancer in the same period. Methods Thirty-eight patients with brain metastasis of lung cancer undergoing whole brain radiation therapy were treated with radiotherapy and intracranial pressure and cranial nerve symptom reduction after radiotherapy combined with other methods. Results The remission rate of intracranial pressure and cranial nerve symptoms after radiotherapy was 94.7%. The 1- and 2-year survival rates were 36.8% and 13.2% respectively. The median survival time was 8 months (4-48 months) The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 29.4% and 5.8% in the multiple metastasis group, while the survival rates in the single-metastasis group were 52.4% and 18.2%, respectively. The median survival time was 5.5 months and 10 months in both groups The difference was significant (χ2 = 10.76, P <0.01). Conclusions For patients with brain cancer with lung cancer in the same period, reasonable and active treatment can prolong survival and improve quality of life.
