结合我国《著作权法》等法律法规的规定和有关部门的意见,全面分析论证了工程建设标准的著作权及著作权权属,并提出了解决工程建设标准著作权权属问题的建议方案。
Combined with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Copyright Law of our country and the opinions of relevant departments, this paper comprehensively analyzes and verifies the ownership of copyright and copyright of engineering construction standards and puts forward some proposals to solve the problem of copyright ownership of engineering construction standard.
