简要介绍了我国核电发展战略、核安全工程人才的需求现状和南华大学安全工程专业的建设现状,指出了核安全工程专业建设优势和存在问题,探讨了核安全工程专业建设的目标和任务,提出了人才培养模式、课程体系与内容设置创新、专业教材、师资队伍、教学基本条件、科学研究和对外服务等方面的建设思路,有计划、有步骤地将核安全工程专业建设成为国内知名、行业一流的具有鲜明特色的安全类本科专业。
The present situation of China nuclear power development strategy, demand of nuclear safety engineering talents and construction status of safety engineering in Nanhua University are briefly introduced. The advantages and existing problems of nuclear safety engineering construction are pointed out. The goals and tasks of nuclear safety engineering construction are discussed. The construction of personnel training mode, curriculum system and content setting innovation, professional teaching materials, teaching staff, teaching basic conditions, scientific research and foreign service and other aspects of construction ideas, planned, step by step to nuclear safety engineering into a well-known domestic, industry First-class with distinct characteristics of safety undergraduate professional.
