提出建立常态化的城市复合型火灾隐患治理机制,有助于大力消除和预防城市火灾隐患,遏制火灾隐患回潮,确保社会面火灾形势的动态稳定。阐述了全方位预警机制、综合化除患机制、民主化互动机制是组成复合型火灾隐患监管机制的三个重要组成部分。只有高效地整合预警、除患和互动机制,我们才能更好地应对复杂多变的火灾形势,更好地保护人民的生命财产安全和幸福生活。
It is proposed to set up a normalized mechanism to deal with the hidden danger of compound fire in cities. This will help vigorously eliminate and prevent urban fire hazards, curb the resurgence of fire hazards and ensure the dynamic stability of the fire situation in the community. It elaborates the all-around early-warning mechanism, the integrated mechanism of eliminating the suffering, and the democratization interaction mechanism are the three important components that form the supervision mechanism of the composite type fire hazard. Only by effectively integrating the warning, removal and interaction mechanisms can we better cope with the complex and volatile fire situation and better protect people’s lives, property and safety and live a happy life.
