今年10月,史上最强台风——“菲特”横扫浙江,肆虐江南。面对道路中断的紧急情况,海盐县依靠水泵、闸门自动控制技术,实现了城防闸门的远程控制启闭,为防洪抢险争取了宝贵的应急响应时间。海盐是浙江在水利先进技术推广中涌现的典型之一,类似的例子在浙江举不胜举。近年来,浙江在完成繁重的水利建设管理任务过程中,重视依靠科技解决实际问题,重视新技术新产品新材料的应用,水利科技推广应用可谓硕果累累。
