采用改良的ABC-AP法对120例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者的骨髓涂片作免疫学检查.研究ALL的免疫表型。结果表明.成人以L_2型/B-ALL为主(66%),儿童以L_1型/B-ALL为主(58%),L_3型ALL均为B-ALL。T-ALL发生率较低.成人和儿童T-ALL患者均以男性居多。研究显示,B-ALL以CD_(10)、CD_(19)、CD_(22)和HLA-DR高频率表达为主;T-ALL以CD_2、CD_3、CD_5高频率表达为主。
A modified bone marrow smear was performed on 120 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) using a modified ABC-AP method. The immunophenotype of ALL was studied. The results showed that L2 type/B-ALL was predominant in adults (66%), L1-type/B-ALL type in children (58%), and L_3 type ALL were all B-ALL. The incidence of T-ALL is lower. Both adults and children with T-ALL are predominantly male. Studies have shown that B-ALL is mainly expressed at high frequencies of CD10, CD19, CD22, and HLA-DR; T-ALL is mainly expressed at high frequencies of CD2, CD3, and CD5.
