整合素βl(Integrin beta1,ITGBl,CD29)在肿瘤中高表达,特别是在浸润性肿瘤,ITGB-1及Bmi-1被证实在肿瘤的发生发展过程中有至关重要的作用。因此,本文就该基因的生物学功能及其在恶性肿瘤中的作用作一简要综述。
Integrin β1 (ITGB1, CD29) is highly expressed in tumors, especially in infiltrating tumors. ITGB-1 and Bmi-1 have been shown to play a crucial role in tumorigenesis and progression. Therefore, this review summarizes the biological function of this gene and its role in malignancy.
