伴随技术的日益进步与发展,新媒体在不断抢占传统媒体市场份额的同时,又改变了人们的生活方式及信息接收习惯。基于这些变化,传统媒体则借助媒介融合策略来推动自身发展,也就意味了需在传统媒体里融入更多新媒体元素,那么传统媒体的信息传播者也应认同新媒体特有的传播优势,并把其应用至工作实践里。广播节目主持人作为传统媒体中信息传播的重要角色,在新媒体时代也应认清形势,改革创新,做好自身角色的转型。
