采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定血清中卡马西平、苯妥英和苯巴比妥的浓度,以非那西丁为内标,检测波长为210nm,流动相为甲醇:10mmol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(58:42),其平均回收率分别为90.4%95.6%和94.1%。
The concentrations of carbamazepine, phenytoin and phenobarbital in serum were determined simultaneously by RP-HPLC with phenacetin as internal standard. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the mobile phase was methanol: 10 mmol / L dihydrogen phosphate Potassium solution (58:42), the average recoveries were 90.4% 95.6% and 94.1% respectively.
