目的 :探讨黄芪当归合剂对肾病综合征鼠肾组织单核巨噬细胞浸润的影响。方法 :采用嘌呤霉素致肾病综合征大鼠模型 ,观察黄芪当归合剂的作用。结果 :肾脏免疫组化证实 ,黄芪当归合剂明显减少了病鼠肾组织单核巨噬细胞的浸润 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :黄芪当归合剂具有减轻病鼠肾组织单核巨噬细胞的浸润 ,减少肾损伤 ,保护肾功能的作用 Objective : To investigate the effect of Huangqi and Angelica mixture on renal mononuclear macrophage infiltration in rats with nephrotic syndrome. METHODS: The puromycin-induced nephrotic syndrome rat model was used to observe the effects of Huangqi Angelica mixture. Results: The immunohistochemistry of the kidney confirmed that the Astragalus Angelica mixture significantly reduced the infiltration of mononuclear macrophages in the kidney of rats (P<0.05). Conclusion : Astragalus and Angelica mixture can reduce the infiltration of monocyte macrophages in kidney of rats, reduce renal injury and protect renal function.
