目的:观察珍珠明目滴眼液对兔眼微循环的影响。方法:采用静脉注射高分子右旋糖苷(Dextran T 500)复制家兔眼球结膜微循环障碍模型,利用动物微循环仪观察并分析珍珠明目滴眼液对兔眼微循环的改善作用。结果:珍珠明目滴眼液给药5、15和30min能明显加快球结膜微动脉和微静脉血流速度,改善血液流态,降低血液流态积分。结论:珍珠明目滴眼液对家兔眼球结膜微循环障碍有良好的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of pearl eye drops on microcirculation in rabbit eyes. Methods: Dextran T 500 was used to replicate the model of microcirculation disorder in rabbits. The animal microcirculation was used to observe and analyze the effect of pearl injection on microcirculation in rabbit eyes. Results: Pearl Mingmu eye drops administration of 5,15 and 30min can significantly speed up the bulbous conjunctiva microvascular and venous blood flow velocity, improve blood flow and reduce blood flow integral. Conclusion: Pearl Mingmu eye drops have a good effect on improving the microcirculation barrier of rabbit eyes.
