提出了一种全伺服人造草坪机控制系统的总体设计方案,实现了机器安全平稳地工作。该人造草坪机采用伺服电机代替以往常使用的步进电机和异步电机。在该控制系统中,运动控制器LMC20通过CANopen总线与变频器ATV71,OTB模块,伺服电机,检测模块等其它设备实现通信。通过CoDeSys软件的开发,具有人性化操作界面的触摸屏可实现信号采集、工作状态显示、控制、保护等功能。该系统已在工厂中投入使用。
A total servo artificial turf machine control system design proposal, to achieve safe and stable operation of the machine. The artificial lawn machine uses a servo motor instead of the usual use of stepper motors and asynchronous motors. In this control system, the motion controller LMC20 communicates with other devices such as the inverter ATV71, OTB module, servo motor, detection module via CANopen bus. Through the development of CoDeSys software, the touch screen with user-friendly interface can realize signal acquisition, working status display, control, protection and other functions. The system has been put into use in the factory.
