基于本国国情,中国政府制定了符合国情的扶贫开发政策,把扶贫开发的基本目标和中心任务放在主要解决农村贫困问题上。社会工作理念与方法对于扶贫开发和提高农民的主体地位有很多值得借鉴和思考的地方。笔者从自身扶贫工作经历出发,运用社会工作的理念和方法分析我国农村扶贫开发的现状和问题,并提出了相关的建议和对策。
