随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,国内施工企业市场竞争日趋激烈,在这种环境下,施工企业应当从自身入手,提高企业经营管理水平。施工企业实施内部控制体系能够合理保证企业经营管理的合法合规、资产安全、财务报告及相关信息真实完整、提高企业经营效率及效果、促进企业实现发展战略。因此,施工企业应当建立完善的内部控制体系,提高企业风险应对能力及企业经营效益。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the domestic construction enterprises increasingly fierce market competition, in this environment, construction companies should start from themselves to improve the level of business management. The implementation of internal control system by construction enterprises can reasonably ensure the legal compliance of the operation and management of the enterprise, the safety of assets, the true and complete financial reports and relevant information, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, and promote the realization of development strategies by enterprises.
