我国农村,70％～80％的小学生在村小上学。显然,使村小学生得到体育教育是普及我国农村学校体育的关键。但就目前我国农村的实情来看,尚无条件在各村小都配备专职体育教师。因此,只能采取配备兼职体育教师的办法来解决。然而兼职体育教师的需求量很大,业务培养也是困难重重。四川省岳池县在积极配备乡(镇)中心小学专职体育教师的基础上,采取“幅射教学”的方法来培养兼职体育教师,有效地解决了村小体育师资不足的问题。他们的具体做法是:
