本文在分析了国内外球铁环生产状况的基础上,提出了球铁环双环的铸造工艺。由于双环铸造改善了球铁环的充填和补缩条件,解决了球铁环单体铸造中难于解决的一大缺陷——轴向缩松。同时,为得到铸态珠光体球铁环,作者在实验室条件下通过40多炉次的试验,研究了化学成份、球化和孕育处理工艺对铸态组织和机械性能的影响;并获得许多可靠的可供球铁环生产参考的工艺参数。
Based on the analysis of the domestic and international ductile iron ring production status, this paper proposed the ductile iron ring ductile iron casting process.
