利用5L本体聚合,连续气相中试等试验方法对北化院新开发的特种丙烯聚合BCZ-308催化剂与常规BCZ-108催化剂进行了性能对比研究。结果表明,BCZ-308活性高,定向能力好,聚合物粉料堆积密度高,细粉少;与BCZ-108相比,BCZ-308氢调更不敏感。另外,BCZ-308在Innovene气相工艺成功进行了工业应用试验,期间装置运行平稳,催化剂活性高;更重要的是,与对比产品相比,BCZ-308制备的均聚物具有特别宽的分子量分布,在保持高刚性的同时具有更好的冲击性能。
The performance comparison of newly developed BCZ-308 and conventional BCZ-108 catalyst was carried out by using 5L bulk polymerization and continuous gas phase pilot-scale test. The results show that BCZ-308 has high activity, good orientation ability, high bulk density of polymer powder and less fines; BCZ-308 is more insensitive to hydrogen than BCZ-108. In addition, the BCZ-308 has been successfully tested for commercial applications in the Innovene gas phase process, with stable plant operation and high catalyst activity. More importantly, the BCZ-308 homopolymer has a particularly broad molecular weight distribution compared to the comparative product , While maintaining high rigidity with better impact performance.
