用基因枪法对籼型杂交水稻恢复系“75 2”进行了bar基因的遗传转化 ,共获得可育的抗除草剂Basta的转基因株系 6个。PCR检测结果表明 ,抗性转基因植株表现为阳性 ,而非转化的对照表现为阴性 ,证明T0 代转基因水稻基因组中整合有bar基因。转基因植株的抗性能遗传至后代 ,在T1 代中观察到了抗、感分离现象
The genetic transformation of bar gene was carried out by using the particle bombardment method in a restorer line “75 2” of indica hybrid rice. Six transgenic lines were obtained, which were fertile herbicide Basta. The result of PCR showed that the resistant transgenic plants were positive, while the non-transformed controls were negative, which proved that the bar gene was integrated into the T0 transgenic rice genome. The resistance of transgenic plants was inherited to the offspring, and resistance and susceptible segregation were observed in the T1 generation
