农村小学教师习惯性地把教学活动的重点放在少数优秀学生身上,过分重视课堂教学内容的容量和密度,过分重视教师对教学内容挖掘的深度和广度,过分关注少数优秀学生表现的课堂教学现象,阻碍了大多数学生语文素养的形成和发展。语文课堂教学应让每位学生真正获得基本的语文素养,体验成长的快乐。
