为加强防疫工作,预防夏秋雨季可能到来的严重疫病情况,着重预防脑炎、鼠疫、霍乱等传染病,决定六月份为防疫卫生运动突击月。兹拟定工作计划如下:甲、工作范围及对象:一、继续进行预防注射,建立防疫安全地带。在长城以内二十华里、铁路两侧各十华里、重点城镇、环境卫生不良地区与机关部队、学校、工厂的全体人员进行鼠疫疫苗及四联疫苗预防注射。各地应按照「山西省预防注射计划草案」做出具体执行计划,迅速贯彻,如期完成。
