为提高辣椒幼苗在低温条件下的抗寒性,本试验以天骄五号辣椒种子在不同萌芽阶段进行0~3℃不同时间的胚芽锻炼,幼苗4叶期进行低温抗寒试验。结果表明,幼苗在3~5℃条件下处理48 h,各处理其苗高、根长均明显下降,幼苗茎粗先升后降。随胚芽锻炼时间的延长,辣椒幼苗叶绿素含量、电导率、丙二醇(MAD)含量等指标均显著降低。
In order to improve the cold resistance of pepper seedlings under low temperature conditions, the germination tests of pepper seed of Tianjiao No.5 were carried out at different stages of germination at 0 ~ 3 ℃ in different germination stages. The results showed that when the seedlings were treated at 3 ~ 5 ℃ for 48 h, their seedling height and root length decreased obviously, and the seedling stems rose first and then decreased. With the extension of embryo training time, the contents of chlorophyll, conductivity and the content of propylene glycol (MAD) of pepper seedlings were significantly decreased.
